The exit ramp from the Hamraborg parking garage at Vallatröð will be closed temporarily due to construction

The exit ramp from the Hamraborg parking garage onto Neðstatröð will be temporarily closed from July 29 to approximately August 15 due to alterations. Following the changes, traffic will exit directly onto Vallatröð instead of onto Neðstatröð as before. Additionally, a snow-melting system will be installed in the ramp and the asphalt will be renewed. Entry and exit for the parking garage will be on the west side through the ÓB petrol station below Hamraborg 12. We apologize for any inconvenience this closure may cause.
