Cleaning and condition assessment at Fannborg 2, 4, and 6

The contractor has completed the first phase of cleanup work inside the buildings at Fannborg 2, 4, and 6.

Phase zero (0) consisted of cleaning and a condition assessment. Cleaning is currently being completed in the buildings at Fannborg 2, 4, and 6. Condition assessments related to the project are fully underway and are scheduled to continue until February 2026. The engineering firm VSÓ is in charge of the condition assessments and is contacting residents and housing associations to find suitable dates for inspections. Timing is determined in close consultation with residents. The chairpersons of the housing associations have been contacted and requested to forward information to the residents. In smaller buildings, residents themselves were contacted directly. Residents must be present when the condition assessment takes place. All information obtained therein is treated as confidential.

Attention is drawn to an information meeting held on November 18, 2025, where the status of the project was reviewed.
