Appeal against the demolition of Fannborg 2 dismissed

At the beginning of February, the housing association of Hamraborg 10 filed a complaint with the Environmental and Natural Resources Ruling Committee, challenging the decision made by the building commissioner of Kópavogsbær on January 30, 2026, to approve an application for a building permit for the demolition of a structure on the plot of Fannborg 2.

At the committee's meeting last Friday, February 20, 2026, the complaint was dismissed by a ruling.
